It would be nice to list all the changes but it appears you made most of what I suggested.

One thing I note is that you moved the capitol cities from the front edge to back inside each area. Not sure this change was need as having the capitol at the front edge helped to reduce 'rushes' from the player/team going first since the Capitol is so well defended (L10 walls and you own it on turn 1). Also FFA games aren't really supported now (not sure they were before either) because for example Orange/Blue start literally right on top of each other due to where the opening in the wall is and Black comes right into Teals area immediately. Also Black is the only capitol city that doesn't start close to their L1 ruin (its on the opposite side). Maybe you want to disable FFA modes or at least limit it to 4 players tops and use only 4 start spots.
