One more minor suggestion.

None of the Blue players cities have direct access to the Eastern sea. That means any Serpents/Krakens have to go WAY around the top of the world to access that sea. It would be nice if one of the cities was located on the coast / river /swamp that provided access to that sea. Just extend some swamp from the Capitol city or Sim-Dum to the river is all that is needed.

A couple of others:

The 3v3 setup doesn't work at all. Blue/White/Orange gets killed badly because Red/Yellow cut off the middle so fast then have lots of time to get the Eastern cities and their leisure so you end up with a 66-33 city split.

I suggest the following minor tweaks

1) Remove the bridge to the left of the Red Capitol. The forces the Red player to go North or South to cross that river (other than fliers). You might want to make the city there (Ohulan Cutash) a 'good' city so it's harder (impossible) to take easily with fliers esp if you also force L3 or L6 walls. This means Red now expands East instead of toward the trio of cities on the coast that White absolutely has to have in a 3v3 game (or FFA game). Since you are making Ohulan Cutash a good city you can remove the 'good' designation from one of those trio of cities to compensate.

2) Move the Yellow capitol to Kanhli. Then change the port just north of Kanhli to a bridge so there is access to the East. Then change the bridge at H Rull to a port (in essence you swap the port and bridge locations).

3) You may need to move Klachistan a 4-5 squares north and Istanzia a 3-4 squares north-east. The reason is this gives Red cities to the south now that the West is quasi blocked due to no bridge.
