I fixed an error in the SW starting city. Once this is approved, I will remove version 4.0. Thanks!

I found one more error that needs fixing. I\'m hosting 2 open-to-all-players test games, though, so I\'ll wait to make version 6.0 (and ask for \'make official\' votes) when I get comments from those games. Many thanks to those who are helping to test v 5.0! -Garesch
