Amazing map! The one problem I see is the starting position of white. Unless white starts with a flier, they must get into and out of a boat before getting any ruins, putting white 2 or 3 turns behind. Every other color can hit 1 or 2 ruins on their first turn, giving them a leg up in money, allies and a stronger hero.
