This is a neat concept, but you'll need to put some major effort into balancing it. I'd like to help, so here are some key problems to address:
1) Orange has almost nothing to do/conquer.
2) Green has very little resources.
3) Blue and Black have their own ready-made empires with roads etc.
4) Red and Yellow are less than 2 turns apart.
5) White has a very tough time doing anything at all, much like Orange but for very different reasons.
So, you basically need to rewrite all of your spawns.
