I noticed you put some neutral units in Teal\'s starting cities. Did you mean for them to belong to Teal. If so you can do that by selecting Teal on the pulldown box that comes up when you are placing units.

Otherwise I like how you compensate for worse start by increasing city power, but I think orange and red may be at a big disadvantage despite this.
