-added city between sand and snow area to encourage earlier confrontation
-moved snow, and forest capitals farther apart to discourage rush attacks and encourage better interaction with other areas.
-changed production in snow area (mainly for no mammoth defenders)

-2 capitals had no production when not in play
-several cities that were supposed have random production were over-ridden by old detailed production settings.
-added docks to level 1 sea ruins and a level 3 ruin, if reward was a grounded ally unit would remain stranded.
