Minor adjustments on attack distance for towers to cities. Checked all four towers, now attack distances should mirror the opposite tower. Equalized distance between capitals and dwarf producing cities for Igor. ;) Also changed ruins around a bit.

Looks more balanced. Path to city with dwarf is the same.
Plus for top is in ability to attack 2 cities from central tower. But minus for top is in absence ability to search nearby ruin on first turn, only on second. Plus and minus together mean balance.

New right ruin is inside mountain, only for flying, and left one has path through hills.
New ruins probably will not in use, too risky for hero.

@ Igor Which tower are you referring to as the "central tower" as there are four towers in the center?

From the tower closest to the dwarf city you can actually attack 3 cities from each side both from the south and from the north. This is supposing you have a dwarf and an orc in the retinue
