Assigned specific incomes and wall levels to cities; fixed a couple of incomplete path designs. All production is set using categories, Normal and Good mostly. Will make further adjustments as suggested; it should be fairly balanced now. Please let me know of any major problems! (Any rapid-win or sure-win strategy would be considered a major problem for this map.)

I have not settled which units if any are disallowed; let's wait and see how the map plays when several people have had a chance to use it.

For some reason it reminds me of a Warcraft 2 map.

Well, I've only played 3. Was Warcraft 2 one of the early mainstream games to feature separate tile sets, such as a "snowy forest" tile set? WC3 certainly featured that. The meandering path style with multiple access points to the enemy of varying difficulty is certainly reminiscent of a Warcraft map.
