OK, major changes are made. Amount of cities has decreased and the ones around are less powerful (except for in the middle, where there are 4 good and 4 powerful cities). Will be more focus on visiting ruins and income buildings in this version. Only a few cities has preset productions. Not one has limited (I don't believe so, at least). More varied terrain now too.

Tried to make the map 100% mirrored, but the size of the cities made it impossible (the single ones to the sides are always 1 square closer to one of the players). Adjusted so each player had one "close city" and one "far away city" to it's sides.
Will mirror the income buildings and change some things (make the middle less powerful) after doing a test run and see if it's worth the time. Last version sucked so bad I get depressed every time it's my turn.

Negern,

I'm glad to hear that testing proved out my initial thoughts on this map having too many cities.

As for 100% mirrored, don't worry about it. I personally prefer maps that aren't mirrors but are simply reasonable close so that there are small advantages/disadvantages to each start spot that a player must adjust to and take advantage of.

Not worried about the mirroring, just wanted to try'n make a 100% mirrored map once. But from now on, all new maps will be asymmetrical. I like them better that way too. And they are more fun to make.

Next one will be an epic 8ffa. Or a not so epic 1vs1. I haven't decided yet.
