Couple of fixes. SE city is now city state same as other 3 corner cities. Gaps are now closed in mountain ranges on the two areas that had them to match other areas. Please replace current 4 start ladder map.

I think it would be nice if there was 3vs3 mode on this map, West vs East, with the Snow/Desert positions being city states?
