KGB, after playing this map a couple of times on a 4v4 format, it appears the bottom central starting location is too vulnerable. It can be attacked from the East and West by turn 5 or so.
Maybe some water should be added in between this starting point and the bottom right starting point. It could come from the bottom of the map up to the city that sits up on the ridge, and make the entrances to that city on the East and West side instead of North and South, and everything to the South of it be water.
Also, maybe the bottom left starting city should be moved over to the city further West.
