Switching back Orange and Yellow in anticipation of fix. Upping starting city gold. Making sure Edoras can\'t be sacked by Sauruman\'s Crows on turn 1. Other minor tweaks.

As always, please replace the current official version with this version -- this version has just minor fixes to improve the map.
