There are some seriously aesthetically beautiful maps being created by players who have an artistic gift. This is one of them. Very well done from that stand point. I love the spectator touch of all the armies watching the game. But shouldn't the 3+ turn units be down front and the cheap 1 turners have the nosebleed seats :D

From a playing stand point, it won't work right now. At least in a more than 2 player game. The reason is if you tried an 8 player game you would not get NvS as expected but rather randomly interleaved start spots leading to being right next to your opponent instead of your teammate (I shudder to think of trying this in FFA mode). So until Beta6 I'd suggest you make this simply a 2 (or 4) player map with multiple starting spots.

Two other things:

1) Why not add Goal Posts and make them ruins? The ones on the outside of the stadium will probably never ever get searched due to distance from all the cities. And scoring a TD (reaching the endzone) should result in a reward (a ruin).

2) I'd change the temples on the side to be 2 strength and 2 move. Everyone is going to rush to the strength side and no one will go to the move side.
