Leadership of US in the world is sadly the fact.
1. Great military power, including leadership in NATO (does anybody know targets of NATO after Eastern military block had gone?)
2. Financial center of the world, many countries keep their reserves in US treasuries, also many counties deposited their gold reserves in US (should be forever like Germany).
3. Political authority in the West world (all know about what Warsaw does for Washington, and who was the British poodle of ex-president of US).
4. Real military danger for any country in the world that don't agree to be leaded by US (including Ukraine).

The worst thing that such "leader" uses the power to organize destabilisation in other countries, that brings murder of mass of peaceful people there.
I've heard that Obama make some moves in the foreign policy because some part of US elite has begun to lose faith that US is yet the most powerful country in the world.

I also know many countries where people well know that their country isn't the world leader (and probably not in top ten) and this is not a reason for them to rebel against the legal power.
KGB, are you sure that US people are ready to rebel with such a reason? Should be unbelievable though.

I think you misunderstood what I wrote.

Very few people would rebel if the US wasn't considered the 'world leader'. The ones that did rebel would be the pure war mongers who have need to believe in US military superiority.

What the people ABSOLUTELY would rebel over is if the US didn't act for it's own self-interest ahead of that of the rest of the world. For example we all know there is a finite amount of oil/gas in the world and the US is the worlds largest consumer of it by far. For self interest reasons the US MUST ensure a steady flow of cheap gas/oil to keep the people happy (cheap gas for their cars, cheap electric power for their TV's, computers, iPhones etc). If the US stopped plundering/invading/overthrowing govt's of other countries for their oil/gas there would be riots when oil/gas was rationed.

Thus it's impossible for the US to 'share' with the rest of the world when there are finite resources of gas/oil/water/food and essentially infinite demand for such resources. EVERYTHING the US does on the world stage is purely to keep 'the American way of living' going for as long as possible.

Men always have unlimited wishes and limited resources. This should be works for each man and for each country.
In the same time all countries are able to regulate their needs in fuel, connecting with money they have to pay for.
I think this should work for US as well. And even more easy than for others because USA has plundered all the world for money and gold. So should be no problem to buy necessary fuel from other countries.

No needs of US (doesn't matter for people or elite) can't justify murder of people in other countries. It's should be unbelievably mad thing of bloody government.
Murderers and robbers act the same way.

The US has no problem paying for resources. As long as you sell them for what the US thinks they are worth. Thus the need to overthrow governments who threaten not to sell to the US or charge too much (Iran, Iraq, Venezuela etc).

Note that technically the US doesn't even pay for some resources any more. They do in terms of trade goods (food /electronic etc) but not in terms of money they give. That's because the US is now simply printing money at will on pieces of paper so countries are effectively giving resources to the US for pieces of paper that are worth less and less every day. Of course should anyone challenge this, the US military will quickly overthrow/invade that country and replace the leaders with ones who will continue to take the US dollars.

As far as justifying murder goes I agree with you. Unfortunately that's not how the world works. Countries do it all the time calling it war instead of murder but it amounts to the same thing. The only way you can stop it is to become strong enough to defend yourself.

The price is determined by the competitive market. If some country (say US) counts price of fuel in Iran or Iraq too high, there are another suppliers: Russia, Norway, Nigeria, UAE, some others.
If no price looks low enough to buy, this means only that such buyer has exceeding expectations. Other buyers have no problems with this and they don't kill nobody if the price looks high. That's mad and cruel thing.

Not all the world works so that only makes wars if possible. Mostly Anglo-Saxon world does so.
Other countries also start wars, of course. For example France with Napoleon and Germany with Hitler.
But this is only mad decisions of some mad leaders in this countries. As soon as these leaders die the countries become more peaceful.
However whatever leader is in US, this country make wars in different parts of the world.
Should we say that the reason is not one mad leader but that all elite in US are crazy?

In theory this is true. In reality it is not.

The OPEC cartel controls the price of oil since that group of countries supplies most of the worlds oil/gas. In the 1970's they got together and raised prices overnight 400%. No one could stop that and it caused the US to start intervening in the Middle East.

Also it generally takes YEARS to change suppliers. For example Russia threatens to cut off gas to Europe. In theory there is lots of gas in the US to supply Europe. But it will take 3-4 years to get that supply from the US (boats, pipelines, storage facilities etc) so in reality Russia controls and sets the price at whatever they want.

KGB

P.S. I believe MANY more countries would start wars if they had the ability (soldiers, weapons, money) to do so. Most countries can't because they lack those things AND know the US would attack them as it did Iraq after it invaded Kuwait in 1991. Since no one will challenge the US, it is free to do anything it wants.

Any example of such "threats"?

KGB, you should be are educated enough to know that this is a full shit. Then why do you write such lie?
Every one, who understand politic situation in the world, knows that Russia will never stop supplying Europe with gas. This is the reputation of Russia as the dependable supplier.

The reason why Europe can be without Russian gas is that Ukraine will take it off, in full size or part of it. It's possible because pipes of transport system for gas pass through Ukrainian territory. Ukraine has big debt to Russia for gas and don't wish to pay. Now Russia has told that no gas will be given to Ukraine till the debt is not paid, and Russia will send through the pipes only gas for Europe.
Ukraine then told that Europe should buy gas from Russia not at the western border of Ukraine but at the eastern border. This means that Ukraine wish to get some volume of gas back from European buyers: Europe gets gas and leaves a part of it for Ukrainian use, probably without payments for it from Ukraine. This is motivated so: Ukraine stood on maydan for European interests, thus Europe should give gas to Ukraine.

The way how to send gas in bypass the Ukraine is to lay another transport system from Russia to Europe. This work is already being done, the system is called South Stream (Южный поток). First gas through this system is planned on 2015.
But Russia is seeing the strange thing: Bulgaria as a part of Europe was forced to pause participation in South Stream because of European sanctions. Bulgaria is waiting when Brussels will let to continue the work.

Thus Europe now looks to be limited by itself with Russian gas. This is a part of price which Europe may pay for these mad sanctions, necessary for no one country except USA.

Liquid gas from USA has much higher price than Russian gas through transport system. This is worth not for Russia, not for Europe but only for USA, initiator of sanctions.

OPEC now includes only 12 countries: Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, Qatar, Libya, United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Nigeria, Ecuador and Angola.
This is the list of leading exporters of oil: OPEC countries, Canada, Mexico, Norway, Russia, United Kingdom.
Thus if USA don't like to buy oil from OPEC it 's possible to buy it from other exporters.

Anyway nothing can neither explain nor justify murder of peaceful people in other countries. Neither fuel prices nor mad wishes of US elite.

Farther, what's the reason for aggression in Serbia, Libya, Syria, Ukraine? Have they oil or gas? If they haven't, may be the reason for USA to attack other countries and kill mass of peaceful people is not oil price and not care about americans but only hypertrophied ambitions of USA elite which wants world domination, and worries when this doesn't look so?

Looks like only part of this is true and other part is not.
Countries indeed fight each other all the history of the world. But this was mostly local fightings between neighbours.
World war is rare case, such as wars of Rome Empire, 1st and 2nd world wars.
Now USA unfortunately got the military leadership in the world and uses this for new world war, parts of this are now burning almost in any continent.

My example about Russia and gas was just an example. I didn't say it was going to happen or that there was even a threat of it happening. I don't think Russia would shut off the gas because they need the money / goods from Europe to develop Russia. Without those there would be a lot of internal rebellion among the people of Russia.

I know all about the South Stream project. My company sells equipment to Russia for this project :)

OPEC now includes only 12 countries: Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, Qatar, Libya, United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Nigeria, Ecuador and Angola.

Once again this is in theory. Reality is much different. The difference is that there is not unlimited supply of Oil. For example if the entire World demand for Oil is say 100 units and the world supply of Oil is 100 units then it is not possible to change to another exporter because there is no more supply. This is exactly the case in the world today where Supply = Demand (OPEC insures this by cutting off supply on purpose). Thus suppliers can charge what they want and you have to pay because there is no where else to buy any oil because there is no excess supply (the other countries in the world besides OPEC supply VERY VERY little of the world oil demand).

Ukraine has other resources besides oil. It has food for example which is very important if you like to eat :) It also can serve as a NATO base so that US missiles can be close to Russian borders. This is why the US overthrew the Ukranian Gov't because they want one that will join NATO.

Anyway nothing can neither explain nor justify murder of peaceful people in other countries. Neither fuel prices nor mad wishes of US elite.

Unfortunately the real world doesn't agree with you. From the dawn of time the strong have always taken from the weak. This is true in the animal kingdom as well as humanity. The only way this will ever stop is if:
1) All people are equally strong
2) There are unlimited resources to satisfy everyone's needs
