I think his oppinion about inner Polish things deserves interest, should be he knew what he said: Poland does blow job for USA, having nothing from this.
Hope he meant only government, much worse if this is true for all the country including people.

Well, this looks to be in Putin's style of conversation (as I can suppose).
Doesn't matter that Sicorski hasn't confirm this, saying 'Some of the words have been overinterpreted'. May be with other words, but I suppose that Putin is theoretically able to offer something like this.
Well, even if Ukraine is an artificial country, should respect her power inside herself.

P.S. Should separate this issue and Crimea issue. The last one was after open referendum where 90+ % of Crimea people voted to join Russia. Crimea issue is in fact the same as Kosovo issue.
