If my opponent is OK with a rematch due to me timing out is it possible to do a rematch?

My opponent is OK with a rematch of our game (it's very early. We have not even met other than scout units) since I have missed 3 turns in a row and there is no chance to recover from 3 missed turns of expansion.
I would even settle for a roll back of 3 turns (not sure what my opponent would say to that) to the point where I started missing turns.
