Laddar points calculation for buildings

Hi all,

Need help to understand ladder point calculation. I understand it is 2 points per building, my questions is what counts as buildings:

1) Income buildings
2) Guard towers
3) Look towers
4) Ruins
5) Temples
6) Any other buildings?

Also, it appears wall level does not matter in points calculation, please kindly confirm. Thanks!
