ladder FFA rating

i cant figure it out
can anyone explain ladder FFA rating slowly

if i play 8 games with 8 players and win 1

common sense tells me score should even out

but in fact
when i loose a game its 20 points
when i win its 230 points

so after 8 games ill have 230-(20*7)=90 points

You could get additional points which are shown at your account to the right from winning percentage.

The points are growing slowly day by day starting from 40 at the beginning of a ladder season.

i get it need to set winning timing for season end and losing for season start.

i'll try to adapt i'm starting to get used to game features i can't figure out or explain.
