This guy has a gold account and says he cant play multi. Pls help:

Plaguefear Can anyone tell me why it says i have to play single player before i can make multiplayer? I have won single player games.

Plaguefear You must play against the computer before you can play against humans. Please go to the top menu and select Play -> Tutorials and scroll to the bottom to play vs the computer.

I think you get an e-mail to validate your account but it has been a while. He should check e-mail to see if a validation request was sent to him. I can't see any other reason he should not be able to join multiplayer.

I just looked at his account. Definitely a gold member and has only played a few games vs the AI which I assume is the tutorial.

His message says he can't create new games. But can he join existing games?

I had the same problem " not verified yet"
I opened a support ticket to fix it
After the first activation once in a lifetime there is no problem
But admins unlock account for first multi -probably because of a bug

btw looking at his profile he seems not to have finished all tutorials.
I don't know if there is such restriction to finish all tutorials to play multi...

Might be that he needs to complete one of the later/harder tutorials where you play a 1vs1 against the AI.
