End Turn Warning

Ok for about the 3rd time now I have just accidentally hit the end turn button by accident. Stupid I know, but its probably going to have catastrophic implications in the game I'm playing. I know I know it was my fault and I'm an idiot but still, it sure would be nice to have a check on this.

Would it be possible to have an "are you sure?" warning button like you have before surrender?

Yes, for beta3 we are adding a "are you sure" popup on the end turn button that you can select to not show for those who don't want it.
