4 by 4 Starting Advantage

I know this has been talked a lot and several propositions were made but advantage to start is still a big factor in 4 vs 4 in most of the maps. So wouldn't it be possible to use something similar to tennis. In tennis, during the tie-break, the first player serves one and afterwards each player serves two.

So in 4 vs 4 games, in turn 1 only two players of team 1 make the move and other two players of team 1 are in the freeze mode. After that second team starts and the game resumes as normal. I know this would look weird for the starting team but it still balances out the starting advantage.
