Actually, quite a few of my ex-Warlords fans declined to even take a look at Warbarons, just because it is a "browser-game".

This is ridiculous, since the game works nicely in a browser, but the term "browser-game" bears a massive negative vibe: not serious, money-scam, stealing data, etc. Packaging the existing code into a steam title might be a sensible move indeed to get rid of the false associations that some people may have.

One thing is to introduce the game to new players and another thing to do is to help new players stay. Tutorials are very good but when starting to play against more experienced players, I think many of new players get disappointed after losing some games and may need some help or guidance at their first steps.
