Two NAP Offers at Once

I'm in a game where another player has made 2 NAP offers to me simultaneously, each one offering me a different city. How does that work, if I accept one does the other one stay around for me to accept, do I get both cities, or does the other one go away at that point?

I believe you can accept both, you would get both cities and the NAP length would be whatever the second agreement accepted was.

or is it the longest offer. If you first accept a 10 turn offer then a 6 turn offer wouldn't the 10 turn nap still be in effect?
