Dont know if it a bug or not
Scorpion gets +4 to strength even if there is only one in the stack (two get +8 each etc)
shouldnt it be +4 if there are two, +8 if there are three etc?

Yes it gives swarmbonus already from 1 unit. Its like a small swarm on its own
