PayPal page defaults to Swedish

When you go to give you money via PayPal, the PayPal page comes up in Swedish.

You may wish to have it come up in English by default. (The user hasn't signed into PayPal yet, so the system doesn't know what their preferred language is.)

You can probably change this by changing the link from:

https://www.paypal.com/se/cgi-bin/ etc.

to

https://www.paypal.com/en/cgi-bin/ etc.

(Says the guy who works at PayPal.)

Thanks for reporting.

Thought it was in swedish for me but in another language if you live somewhere else because I don't send any information that says swedish to paypal. Weird.
It' now sending US as county information so should be in english now for everyone.
