Skull Ring Info Inconsistent

Playing on the snowflake map, when I look at the Skull Ring on the map it shows up as being straight +5 to fear, but when I pick it up it shows up as +8 fear on attack, +1 vision, +10 knowledge

I checked in the DB and there the info seems to be correct.
Could you point me to an ongoing game where I can see the item info displayed incorrectly?
Proper bonus for skullring is: +8 fear on attack, +1 vision, +10
