Simultaneous Game Not Ending

Game: 81161 called Isles of Sorcery

It's a 4 player simultaneous game. This turn the only other player left surrendered leaving just me. I entered my turn and hit 'end turn' expecting the game to end. But it just hangs there forever. When I exit and come back to the site it's still my turn in the game with 3+ days remaining. I can't seem to end the turn and complete the game.
