double items and ruin respawn

In game 3487 I found Ismael's Ring in a ruin, next turn the ruin was again infested, and I found the same ring. This was 2 turns ago, I think. Another time happened too, that a ruin that I just explored respawned the turn after. Isn't that a bit too soon?

My misstake. I was working on the ruins today to make some changes and made them stay unexplored while testing and then when I uploaded the file in beta4 I forgot to change back. Its fixed now.
