Picking up items

Having cleared a ruin, I am unable to have my hero pick up the item contained inside, which seems to be some sort of breastplate (I missed the name). My hero has no gear equipped, and nothing in her inventory, so space or duplication is not an issue. Clicking on the breastplate does nothing - there is no indication that the game is even acknowledging my action.

This bug has since occurred on several other occasions - I have NEVER been able to pick up an item. Since I'm not seeing any threads regarding this, perhaps it is some kind of browser issue? I'm using Safari 5.1.2.

Hello,

For items you should use drag and drop on your Hero. Have you tried this and it isnt working?

Let me know a game and heroname where you have this issue if you have already tried drag and drop and it isnt working.

A new Warlord I recruited experienced a similar problem (unable to equip items).

Eventually while speaking to him on the phone and talking him through the process he mentioned he was using IE7. I told him to try Firefox. Suddenly he was able to drag the item from the ground onto his hero.

So it appears the drag/drop isn't working in IE7.
