Out of Sync advances builds?

In a me vs AI game, I lost a hero against a ruin. The hero icon remained on screen and when I interacted with it, I received the out of sync error. Once it caught up again, the hero was indeed dead but my cities appeared to have advanced a build turn.

Hello,
Yes that the hero stays on the ruin after his death is a known bug that is fixed in next version (0.8).
Outofsync (which is also improved in 0.8 :-)) will never cause your cities to increase the buildturn though, this is only triggered by end turn.
