unable to select stack

in game 54929 I am unable to select the stack at tile 119,38
It does not get selected by "army selection arrow" either.. and I am pretty sure this was also the case on the last turn but I didn't notice that one stack was not part of the arrow rotation.

so, I managed to move the stack now. I clicked the stack and nothing happened. It was not displayed with the white square of selected stack, and was not displayed to the right of the screen. I was however able to move it. After it was moved it now works as normal and is part of the arrow rotation.
