Army History Report is Wrong

I was looking at the history report in a game and the army tab is incorrectly calculated.

It consistently shows me as having less armies than my opponent when the reverse is true. Also my total armies are always fewer than I really had or have at the current turn.

Not a major bug I know but its fun to look back at how a game progressed.

Cities/Gold seems right.
