Bug? Team game portals

I think (I'm not sure) that I am successfully teleporting more than 4 units to the same city. I am teleporting my units to my teammate's city, so I think there is some check that is being ignored.

The limit in teamgames are 4 vectors from yourself, and 2 vectors from allies. I.e. 6 is maximum in total.
