Can´t attack from second row

I think this is a big:

When I try to attack a city with an army two steps away and I have an army one step away, so that the attacking army would have to move through the standing army (which isn´t normally a problem, is it ?), the game hangs. I can´t unselsect the attacking army, it does not attack. I am stuck. I just had this two times in two different games.

I think this is a known bug. Happens to me all the time, and KGB reported it too. You can technically only attack things adjacent to your army, so if your army cannot physically move next to the enemy you can't attack. The best thing for now is to know about it and avoid that situation.
