Attacking myself + "Path is blocked" pop-up

I have the same problem in the game below.

What happened is that I received a hero offer. I purhcased some units that put me below the offer gold. Afterwards I plundered a neutral city so I got the hero back. Now when I move my new hero in the city I keep attacking myself.
