I have added a special button only visible to you. If you scroll down in the game you have an ugly button called: "Send client data". This is a button you should press when you encounter this situation. Hopefully it will give me some data that help me understand what is going on. When pressed it should give you an alert-popup as confirmation.
Please see if you can find this button now and press it once in any game (after a battle vs a city) just to make sure it is working, and let me know so I can check client data is received by the server...
