I can has crows?

Odd behavior from my city overview:
When I switch Gorgoroth from Pikemen to crow, then click the Heavy Infantry in Osgiliath (thinking it would turn that off, because I'm cutting my upkeep), it changes Osgiliath's production icon to Crow. Osgiliath's actual production page shows Heavy Infantry no longer highlighted, but no crows being produced (Heavy Infantry is all that city can produce).

When I leave and go back to the game, it shows Gorgoroth set back to Pikemen, and Osgiliath back to Heavy Infantry. I did some work reproducing it, and it works like this: Switch production in one city from the city overview page. Click the unit already being produced in another city, and it will switch that city's displayed production to the unit you changed the last city's production to.
