My unit in neutral city

I tried to attack neutral city (+- in the middle of the right half of the map)in game 35775. My unit is now standing in that city (its defenders are there as well), no battle seemed to occur.
I don't know whether it might be somehow related, but in the same turn my scout didn't stop after discovering enemies' tower.

Sorry I was working on the ward bug and accidently caused a bug for a minute in battle. You need to move out and attack again.
