city overview does not open

In game Warcup C24 I cannot open the city overview menu.

I tried reloading, another browser that I hadnot used for Warbarons for a while, and now I even tried it on my mobile.

It does still work done in other games.

It is not a big deal, as I can do without on this small map, but I thought I report it nevertheless in case you want to look for the underlying problem. I will delay ending turn until Saturday evening.
