Issue launching new single-player games

Symptoms: For the last 2-3 days I've had troubles logging on, followed by extreme lag issues in getting site functionality to occur, but today and last night when I started trying to start a new single-player game, once I have selected the map, number of participants, fog of war, etc. and go to save settings, it allows me to press the 'save settings' button, but nothing actually happens, so I can't progress to player selection and launch the game.

I've tried it on both Win 7 desktop and Win 8 laptop, and they both produce the same issue.

Any ideas on what may be causing it or how I can fix it?

Coming back to the lag issue with the site.

I've noticed something wrong in the last 3-4 days. Just getting to the main Warbarons page is taking 30 seconds or more. It used to take maybe 3-4 seconds. It's as if nothing is being cached anymore and the entire site has to load on every visit. Even if I open another tab and come to Warbarons in that tab it takes 30 seconds to get the page up.

What's strange is that when I am in an actual game, the site seems fine and responsive. It's just the main page and navigating to things like the offline messages, Wiki, create new game tab etc. The Forum itself seems fine once you go there.

Have you guys made some changes lately to the site?

Creating a game is still an issue. As soon as I go to 'save settings,' that's where everything still stops, I'm afraid. I don't seem to have much lag time now, but not being able to create a game is becoming pretty frustrating.

Have you tried creating a game recently? I just fixed some bugs. If it doesn't work can you tell me exactly how you create the game so I can try to replicate.

I tried it first thing this morning and it didn't work, but I just tried it 10 minutes ago and it's now back to working, so thank you very much!

I just fixed a bug that prevented 1 on 1 single player games.

There is still some bug related to this issue. I can't launch the game with lobbyid=22504 . According to the game lobby chat, the others can't launch the game as well.

When I click on the Launch button, the screen goes dark (in darker shade) and does nothing - every button/link is unactive.

Is there some kind of solution?

It is some bug related to scenario-games.
I have manually started your game and will ask piranha to investigate this issue related to gamelobby and scenariogames.
