Can't get News message in game

When I open a game no News message is seen and I can't do something in WarBarons and forced to reload browser

I see the same in Firefox. Been like that for the last couple of days.

The game appears covered up like when a pop-up message appears (which is supposed to be the News) but the pop-up is not there.

I have seen it also.
Not sure when/why this is happening, because it is not always.
Let me know if you figure out when/how to replicate...

There is a javascript error if you look in the console. Not sure why it triggers.

Bug found and fixed.
Issue was due to some code changes in preparation for mobile app.
