Problems with communications

Postby Igor » Fri May 30, 2014 9:52 pm

There are communication problems with game creators.
Yesterday I sent request for creation a new tournament to Snotling. No answer.
Today morning I reminded about the request. No answer.
Then I sent a chart message. Again no answer.
2 hours ago I sent request using 'official' form (as I understand it) to both piranha and Snotling. No answer.
This is very strange. I don't wait the tournament will be created in an hour after request. But I think game creators should answer and say when it will be created.

Something the same was during opening last tournament. Was necessary to send request 2-3 times to get answer.
I think this is communication problem which I would offer to be solved by game creators.
What form of request do they wait to open a new tournament? What channel of communication (mail, chat, forum) should be used for this?

P.S. I post it here because I see it like a bug which makes troubles to open a new tournament.

Snotling is on a short 3 day vacation and doesn't answer me either at the moment. We try to answer everything but we have fulltime jobs and family that demand time and attention and we also spend time on continue to improve the game and it simply makes it hard sometimes to answer quickly especially when you don't know the answer until you looked something up in the code because you can't remember.

Its like you are on fire and want to do everything right now and never wait so I can understand that it can be frustrating but I don't think it is possible for any of us to reply as fast as you wish.

Perhaps I am now one from those who, if a man is shown online, believes he is really online and otherwise he would log off the site till next time.
Good to hear it's just Snotling is away for a while. It's quite understandable situation.
