Can't attack enemy stack

Game 55948 (2v2 tournam_r1_a2)

In almost the dead middle of the map there is a stack of 5 green units (Orc on top). I can't attack this stack. I move 1 man next to it and select attack and double click (or press m key) and nothing happens. I already accidentally moved a stack 'through' this enemy stack without attacking.

Is this a real enemy stack or some kind of Ghost stack? I'd like to be able to attack it if it's a real stack.

That stack is owned by jetigig. He is your ally. I dont think you should attack his stacks?
