Maybe use a different subsite for developing ... like dev.warbarons.com and have everything cloned up there (minus the regular users).

Have you seen that error again?

We have a parallel place for the game development, but not for the community right now. Most of the focus right now is on the game but I had to change some stuff in the community files today.
