Unit/village confusion

Postby ams16 » Sat Dec 03, 2011 3:19 am

Hi,

When a village is taken over by an opponent, the news window on my next turn tells me that I've lost both a unit and a village, even though I've only lost a village. (There were no units defending the village.)

I can't speak for his situation, but this is definitely a bug with towers.

If several towers are taken over in one turn, it then tells me I've lost a goldsite (I guess towers register as goldsites) and a unit for every guard tower lost. This has happened to me in two separate games and I did not lose any units (they were both late game with a friend where I was fucking around building tons of towers).

Yes. I'm very sure I didn't lose another unit. I'm sure this confusion exists.

Yes it seems empty buildings (i.e. cities, towers, goldsites etc) also counts as 1 unit for the News report.
Will try to track down the issue :-)
