Conquerer-mode error - FIXED

I keep getting this error message: "You are currently in conquerer-mode, i.e. have conquered a city. No other actions are allowed." I am not able to resolve this error and cannot do anything right now. I have tried to end my turn, reload the game, hit the debug button, change production on the city I conquered... nothing is working. I had conquered my opponents capital earlier in the turn and set production to giants, moved 3 other stacks of units, then when I attacked a neutral city the error message started coming up and now it comes up when I try to attack any city or end my turn. The game is FAST BATTLE using the River War map on turn 17.

Which neutral city did you attack?
Did you get the occupy-popup screen?

Hi,
The neutral city I tried to attack was Numenor. The "war" graphic appeared but then the conquerer-mode error popup appeared and the combat screen never came up, so it never got to the occupy screen. The game froze at that point and now when I try to do anything the conquerer-mode error popup appears. Thanks for your help.

I was not able to end my turn manually but time ran out and my turn ended that way. It is now turn 18 and everything is working fine Thanks again for looking into this issue.

Well now I keep getting that error.
Same game Turn 21.
That is quite strange, because I didn't attack a city.
Just one of Moufs armies.



/Edit: Oops, its not the same game ^^. Just recognized.
The game name is "." Mouf against me on BullRun.
Still Turn 21.
