80% requirement ment but game not ending

in game 4909, I have had 80% for two turns now and game is not ending. Do you have to have 82%?

Game 4909 is a beta4 game, where we have a small bug with the winning conditions, meaning you need to have more than 80% to win. This is fixed in beta5.
