Editor - City Options - Units that can not bought

Hi i just want that some Cities dont be able to produce Serpents.
For that i must selected all Units without the Serpents. Right? ;(

Should be good if i can select the Units the City could not bought...
Or that you can select all with one click and then remove some... that would be easier to create i think.
