Login form compatible with browser save credentials feature

Postby spamme » Sat Jun 22, 2019 9:44 am

I use firefox and its save credential features recognizes in the login form only the password field but not the "username" field. Because I have always to type the user name, I'm faster by typing also the password than by clicking on the password field and select the password. I don't know if you can fix it but it would be nice if the login form would be compatible with the save credentials feature of the web browsers.

That is strange, while I mainly use Chromium/Linux, I do use Firefox/Windows on three different Laptops occasionally and it does remember my full login credentials there as well: I don't enter anything to login.

However, I use the account page as my bookmark:
Code: Select all
http://www.warbarons.com/account.php
Just bookmarking www.warbarons.com does create the login prompt for me as well.

Thanks for the reply, only when I focus the password textbox FF offers to fill it the saved password, but on the username textbox FF does nothing.

Do you have a special plugin for the passwords?

I never saw a box like that. However, my three Windows machines were all recently setup (last 5 months) with Windows 10 and a fresh Firefox was installed with no Mozilla Account, no extras installed.
